Does scanning open the TikTok app?

Yes. The phone recognises the TikTok URL and opens the app directly to your profile. If TikTok isn't installed, it opens in the browser instead.

How is this different from TikTok's own QR code?

TikTok's built-in "Pincode" can usually only be scanned from inside the TikTok app. Codes from QR Code Zebra use the standard QR format — any phone camera works. Much more practical for posters, flyers, or product packaging.

Can I change my username after printing?

No. The username is fixed in the static code. If you change your TikTok handle, the code points to a dead URL. Confirm your handle before printing on anything physical.
